I haven't received a confirmation mail?

Have you placed an order and are you waiting for an email? You can do this:

• Check your spam or junk email folder. The email may have ended up here.


• Search your e-mail program for 'Enigma Cabinet' and see if the e-mail comes up. The mail may have ended up in another folder (such as the Gmail advertising folder).


• Wait an hour. If the mail server is busy, it may take a little longer before the mail is received.

Usually everything will be fine if you have some patience, and in any case we can always help you further if nothing really happens.
